"The hotel was packed with a convention/event. That was overall fine. The room walls are thin as the group next door was loud enough to hear their laughter and conversation. I was awaken by them both nights of my stay. I did request the complimentary tea and eye mask but never recd the tea. My PRIMARY CONCERN: undisclosed resort/destination fee. They mask it with a daily 25$ credit. Must use daily or lose it but it's also taxed. So I ended up paying even more. Highly disappointed!!!!"

"We had a great stay at the Sonesta. It was walking distance to the metro station and lots of food options. We attended my father in laws funeral at Arlington. The proximity of the hotel to Arlington was perfect. The only thing about the property that was not impressive was the cafe for breakfast. It was very expensive and not very tasty. We chose offsite locations for breakfast after the first morning."

"I was locked out of my room overnight by a malfunctioning door. The staff had NO plan except call in their engineer from Baltimore (or have the fire department break the door.) I slept in another room, without any of my things, until they got it open in the morning. I was waiting for a genuine apology that I never received. How can a hotel be unable to open a guest door?"
