"Not clean"

"We stayed in Room 753 in Dennis Tower, which was designated as a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we checked in. After we reported it, someone came about an hour later and sprayed the room with an air freshener, but this only masked the odor temporarily. The smell of smoke remained throughout our entire stay. Our friends in Room 755 also experienced an issue when their refrigerator was not working. A maintenance technician named...

"No A/C where the selfpark is suffocating and also there is weird smell on the floor of my room and even inside my room smell really bad. I would not go there again. The activities down the lobby are great but for the stay i would no recommend"

"Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay."
