"I have stayed at this property many times over the years and like the variety of food options and the location of this property. On this particular trip we were there for two nights as a family of 5 traveling with 3 teenagers (prepaid reservation for two rooms). Upon the arrival the valet area employees were overwhelmed and it took forever to get the cars sorted out, I would recommend getting to the hotel late or early in the day. The check in counters were busy at 5pm, the kiosks are the better...

"Didn't like the staffs attitude when checking out the bell guy bill hung up the phone on me. Are at the resorts land shark restaurant and the waiter for my order wrong 3 times and when I told him I didn't want it because I'm allergic to raw tomatoes and onions he still gave me the check for it when I have him money and told him I'm just paying for the drink I had he wasn't to happy.
