"Our check in was fine, but when we got into our room it was very dirty. I didn’t complain in the moment because the sheets were clean & we were only there to sleep. There were wet, used towels on the floor and a dirty table. Around 3am I could smell cigarette smoke & when I went to the bathroom it smelt like someone had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes.. it seemed to be coming through the vents. My entire family woke up with a sore throat. The breakfast lacked, as well.. no meat or protein....

"The property was okay, for the price. My room was updated, clean, comfortable. The gratis breakfast was ok, if you got there shortly after it opened..... The staff okay. The clientele appropriate for the price of the room. All I all, okay. Early in the morning, things not kept up, clean, tidy of the grounds. For the price, okay."

"this is a great location to stay at room was clean and bed was very comfortable very inviting lobby with bar and food to dine in no need to leave the hotel but if you have to its a Walmart close by to pick up your everyday needs the only thing I did not like there was no microwave in the room but they do have a refrigerator..and the view I liked that but over great place to stay"

They accommodated us and honored our original quoted rate even though it was less than for the days we spent on property. The breakfast options were excellent. "The pool was closed. No air-conditioning in the lobby where breakfast was served. Too hot. Asked for adjoining rooms they didn't have and king to king. Next morning they found that they do have them, but it was too late."

"The room smell like urine, bedsheets were ripped everywhere. Was very itchy all night, not sure if it was the type of sheets or if something was biting us.. although I didn't see anything crawling. The beds were NOT queen or double more like singles. Been to many hotels and first time we were not able to fit comfortably in the bed for how small it was. I dont think best western will be in my options anymore. Breakfast was ok."
