"I recently stayed alone for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's response, room, and food. The location was on the west bank of the Nile River, so it was easy to access places like the Valley of the Kings, and unlike the east bank, it was quiet and comfortable. "I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the tour company recommended by the hotel was horrible and when I went to leave my complaint in front desk the response was (super rude) that next time I would look for my tour online …. The pool is fun and clean enough :) we had the idea we were the only ones in the hotel whilst in high season but we absolutely loved it! Located nearby the ferry station if you want to go to the East bank so very handy! The prices are very very reasonable, you’ll get a lot in return."
