Hotel staff was friendly and helped me arrange my trip to banana island and the hotel airballoon ride.

"Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

"The hotel is an incredible place, filled with beautiful details in every corner. The Nile is directly next to it and boat rides are an amazing extra. I highly recommend Hassan and his piloting skills. We experienced the Nile as it should be done. The staff at the hotel is attentive and friendly and service is amazing. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and were very pleased. The hotel has a Thai restaurant that served the best pad tai I have eaten. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious....

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. "We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest.
