"I was well pleased with the bedroom I was given- overlooked the nile as I requested, Booked taxi was waiting for me at the airport. The breakfast was superb and the view from the restaurant fantastic. the facilities stated on the web site said the hotel susanna had a restaurant serving excellent meals diner especially. However when I asked for dinner in the restaurant I was informed it did not serve dinner only breakfast. This was very annoying as a single lady I did not want to wander around at night and had booked the hotel for this reason. fortunately the hotel nefertiti nearby had a excellent restaurant. The male receptionist took my post cards and I paid extra for someone to take to the PO .To date none of the six postcards have arrived at the Uk / or Germany addresses."

"Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money. "

"At check in, I pay for 2 adults and 1 children 8 year old, we I ask for extra bed for the children, they ask me to pay extra $15 dll, I mention, the children paid to be in the hotel. The reply was, you paid for service, no for bead. Son I pay entra for the Small bed $15 dlls. Is not the money is the fact that I pay in advance for extra person, 1 8 year old child "

"Staff were great, a very nice family run hotel. Location is good for West Bank. However the road to hotel was not easy if driving."

"An excellent hotel offering all the amenities and services you would expect from a five star stay. However, the experience is somewhat spoilt by the persistent and rather annoying taxi and horse carriage drivers gathered at the entrance which unfortunately is the case for most of Luxor. It would greatly improve guest comfort if they were positioned further away from the hotel. Additionally, the presence of horse waste on the road leading to the entrance area is both unpleasant in appearance and smell, which impacts the overall impression. I understand this may be outside control of the hotel but thought I would mention it. "
