"The manager here was so amazing and welcoming to us. He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer. "

"This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. "Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "
