"The staff were probably the most welcoming I have encountered. They did everything to make sure my visit was good and I felt as if I was some sort of special visitor. The pub and restaurant also served outstanding food. I would go back in a heartbeat."

"Disappointing stay – not suitable for a business trip I stayed here for two nights on business and, unfortunately, was disappointed. Room 409 was very tired, with a stale smell and worn décor. The window frames were rotten, there were cobwebs outside, and the room overlooked a roof full of ducts ..."

"Some mix up at the beginning as didn’t notice we were with a child but sorted promptly. The extractor for the bathroom made an odd noise but they were trying to fix it. Staff were exceptional. Lovely stay."
