"Terrible experience from start to finish.
Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional.
The room was unbearable. The hotel directly faces the Port of Beirut, and you are woken up every morning around 6 AM by loud industrial noise. The windows are useless for sound insulation, and the all-glass building turns the room into an oven due to zero insulation.

"I had an outstanding experience at Grey Pearl suites.
The room was big ,clean ,with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with essential kitchen tools and appliances. The front desk associates Darin and Joyce were very serviceable ,attentive and courteous to everyone.
The manager Jihan was always there if needed her and ready to answer any questions for the best possible results
The night guard and the personalized key to the electric front door for the main entrance and the elevator...
