"As a Marriott Platinum member, I was disappointed with the view from our room. The room had one of the worst views in the hotel because the window had a V shaped sign that covered 2/3's of the view from the window. So most of the window was covered with the support bracket of the hotel sign. I know that Marriott upgraded us to a nicer room, but the staff took almost half and hour checking us in. "I was disappointed with our stay. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower was designed in a way that allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also had a strong musty odor. The shower itself was cracked, and the bathtub was dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was another major issue. The lot was filled with trucks, campers, and trailers that took up approximately 20 parking spaces. There were no available spots...

"Breakfast was okay the first two days then it was the same exact thing every day, eggs and sausage everyday. The staff working the front counter were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge. The waterpark was fun and my kids had a blast."

"We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem.
