"My kids have food allergies and when I asked the breakfast attendant about ingredients in some of the items, she couldn’t tell me if they were safe or not. I asked if they had the packaging or the brand so I could look it up online and she said they don’t have that information."

"I mean it was okay at best but my problem was just with how outdated the rooms are and there’s not an actual bathroom and it’s weirdly cramped. I don’t recommend it to anyone who’s tall because the roof is pretty low."

"The room was very dated, but tastefully updated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was traveling with a dog, (who stayed in a crate) and the room was very large and roomy. The AC was very quiet which was nice - I had a full size refrigerator microwave and hot plate!; and a TV guide that I could actually understand! Breakfast was very nice also. I would definitely stay again."

"All staff members that we encountered were very courteous and professional. Breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. The person working the breakfast bar and dining area was attentive and kept everything very clean."

"We stayed in the Sultan's Palace. Amazing room, but layout is cramped and didn't leave a lot of space to open suitcases. Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure. You're going to hear your neighbors...

"The toilet was not attached to the floor, the bed was NOT at all comfortable! The place was clean and the staff was amazing. Please note they will charge you to park in the parking lot. They state it is on the web site but I guess you have to look for it. Breakfast was a good spread. I don’t think I will stay again while they are updating. Not horrible but for the the money I will go somewhere else."

"Everything was great, clean room and breakfast has many options and all were very good for hotel buffet breakfast. This was perfect location, right outside of the city but only 10 mins from where we were going in the city!"
