"Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. "It's a good property with lots of features and very suitable for larger groups. Some areas of improvements which I think are necessary. There is a cctv camera located by the main entry, which is also visible from the shower entry, main bathroom area and access to toilet, I was not comfortable with this. Secondly, the shower stall had a copper stain on the shower floor, I suspect this is from the rust on the shower door. The shower also didn't have any hot water. Lastly, the wifi pw provided is...

"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"This is a lovely villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped with sea views. Beds are very comfortable, showers hot and strong but the bedroom thing is an unusual set up. You enter into a hall which has a toilet and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. You then step into a bedroom with 2 double beds and a spiral staircase off this 1st bedroom is another room with 2 doubles beds. This is the only bedroom which is private. As you go up the spiral stairs there is a low mezzanine floor...
