"Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking."

"Kind of hard to get to but once you’ve seen it in the day time it makes more sense. Very clean property with nice staff. Visible signs of aging, chipped paint on walls and ceiling and bath tub. The floor between the floors seems quite thin. Wasn’t an issue the first night but the second night our neighbors upstairs sounded like elephants. Overall not a bad stay."

"Room, check in, amenities were good,
But we had a issue with male worker at night.
He called us at 12 am at night asking to come to front desk because we are not officially checked in.
We checked in at 4:00 pm, filled out form with our info, swiped credit card for security deposit, got our room key.
We came at midnight showing him that we have pending transaction on our credit card for security deposit.
He didn’t even want to look at it.

"Front desk man at.night was overcooked and the hotel was overbooked and its been a week and um still waiting for my refund, very nice plave but ridiculous to get a room there tells you multiple rooms are available but they have been sold out for hours bow while people are still buying for ridiculous prices and thinking they have a room waiting for them...ruined my whole honeymoon..."

"the room was clean and comfortable. plenty of room.
We were on the 10th floor near the bar and night club.
That was loud on Saturday night and and Sunday . But Sunday festivities were over by 8:30.
The hotel is in a perfect location in Old City and very walkable. Lots of Historical site to see and places to eat. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
