"The olace was duty and we found bugs."

"Rooms are not very clean. Build up of dirt and grime under the sink where the kitchen garbage can is and inside all the cupboards. What appeared to be dried boogers were on the curtains and walls in various spots in the room. Paper straw spit wads visible on the ceiling. Refrigerator did not work. Discovered that the GFCI outlet had tripped in the kitchen area on night 2 of our stay and then the fridge finally worked."

"Messaged the hotel a week prior to checking in to see if a possible slightly earlier check in would be possible, only to receive a response a day before the trip basically a copy and paste of the hours of checking in and shuttle times. No acknowledgment of my actual question. Plans had ended up changing and the person that was traveling with me, my mother, ended up staying home. Day of check in, the site said check in was 3, but I actually did not get there until 9pm due to the events I was...

"Very nice hotel"

"This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."

"We stayed here for international travel and used the parking. Everything went well and it was very clean. We would stay here again. Shuttle service is outstanding."

"The rooms are spacious and furniture clean. Bed comfortable. Carpeting dirty, bathroom dark. Sink fixture moved around when using. Overall, could be really nice but felt like slightly upgraded motel. At bar, glass dirty with lipstick marks. Just not a good feel for expectation."
