The lack of directions on how to operate the washer, dryer combo in the kitchen, the stove, and the other small appliances, & TV. Simple countertop instructions would’ve been helpful and time saving. 2. Pillows on all the beds were severely flattened and the mattresses on both beds were very firm. Otherwise, great property for the price and location."

There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature.
