"Place was clean and well kept. One thing that needs help is the hot tub. I went in right after the pool/hot tub folks were done servicing it. The bottom of the tub was full of sand. The jet pump was worthless. Jumped in and jumped out.
The music plays from 9 AM to 10 PM poolside. I had a speaker right outside my room. Had to call staff to turn off the music well past 10 PM. Now if they only could change the 10-song loop, that replays every 25 minutes, that would be wonderful. I don't ever want...

"I was very pleased the moment I walked in with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff as well as the aesthetic my suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were some crumbs and little bit of trash in the floor and couch that were overlooked but not terrible enough for me to care. "We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Realicé una reservación con el personal de recepción al momento de mi llegada debido a inconvenientes con mi viaje.
