"Stayed here before and it’s always been a good option before flying from Heathrow. This time it wasn’t up to scratch. The room smelt of smoke - fresh smoke like perhaps the person before had been chain smoking. The bathroom door didn’t close properly either and the pillows were pathetic. Wouldn’t stay again - for the price there are many other options in the area."

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have essentials to purchase for cheap at the front desk (toothbrush kit, etc.). They have a full bar. It's within walking distance of several good pubs and restaurants. Takes about 6 minutes to get to Terminal 5 of Heathrow airport on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful."

"First they didn't have the two single bed room I reserved months ago. Once we got to the room with a double bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on there was absolutely no air conditioning no matter what I did to the thermostat. I tried to call the front desk with no answer. There is shampoo and body soap but no conditioner and very rough towels, with no wash cloth. The only good thing was the bus stop across the street to get to the airport."

"The room was fairly clean but the building is a little dated. I found the room quite cold and it seemed no matter how high I regulate d the thermostat, it remained cold with the aircon blasting cold air. I slept in my PJs and socks under a duvet, but still awoke frozen! At this point, I had to ring the front desk to ask for how to regulate the thermostat and they readily offered to bring in a heater This suggests to me that they knew they had a problem. Breakfast was ok I had a.full English and...

"Location: Perfect for a quick stop over to catch a connection as hitel is attached to the airport. Hotel: Has a few dinning options. Rooms: Quiet, clean, and a good size for a stop over. Staff: Helpful."
