"Upgraded to a room in the new annex just across the road. Despite arriving 2 hours early for check-in, everything was ready and waiting. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with that smell that, to me, means properly, deeply clean. Great rainfall shower. Small balcony with a view down the streets (no sea view from here - it's a 5 min walk). Very, very happy with the value for money and overall quality."

"The property is beautiful with an outstanding view. The service is very kind, but unfortunately never keeps their promises. The interior of our $2000 suite was simple, there was not even an opportunity to sit together on a sofa. At checkout I was directly asked if I was interested to give a $200 tipp.
Bottom line: Highly overpriced and not meeting the expectations."
