"We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the fairgrounds. After reading some of the bad reviews a few days ago, I almost cancelled our reservation. I’m glad we did not. This a no-frills hotel, which we knew when we booked. Check-in was fast and staff are pleasant. The hotel is going through renovations, and our room was one that has been updated.
