"The view from the room was not great for red rocks. The room itself was basic needs an upgrade for sure. It was clean on the surface but you can tell they do not pay attention to details. The stand with amenities was full of dust and the tissue box was empty. Staff was helpful, grounds were peaceful, pool was mediocre could also use some new furniture. There was no vibe at the pool. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I came back. For the money the place was disappointing."

"There was a live band playing music in the parking lot 50 feet from our room. We had to get up at 3:30 AM We are vendors at the Farmers Market. Sleeping was a challenge"

"The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online"

"The elevators were broken upon both arrival and departure. After we hauled all of our stuff up two flights of stairs the bathroom door was locked from the outside. The clerk apologized for neither issue. The maids and breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall you have to question how well this business is managed."
