"This hotel was in a great location; close to shops, parks, restaurants. The hotel has a garage with valet (only option) but it is about a block away which is far if you have luggage, kids, etc. The hotel is quaint and very thematic for the age of the structure and the area it is in. The rooms reflect this so don’t expect more. The linen was nice, as was the shower. Small rooms tho. The room I was assigned was at the very end of the hall (ok) but it happened to be above where all the deliveries were made. Beginning around 3:30am and until the time we checked out around 9:30am, the deliveries, the loading/unloading and the boisterous conversations didn’t stop. I get that all of this has to happen but the room should either be used for storage or the guests should be informed. This is unacceptable."

"Great location, Great King Bed. Great Amenities in general, Now the bad news…Do not take Room 412. AC is unreasonably loud. Front desk has one great staff member who sooced our problem by moving our room. The rest of the staff are OK, but need more training. Always seemed to have a line at front desk. Lots of conflicting information coming from staff. We will not stay here again - the cost was not worth it."
