"Friendly staff"

"I stayed 2 non-cosecutive nights snd it wss a huge hassel getting Experion's software to understand that. The Hilton was great. Efficient, friendly, helpful. Rooms (I stayed in 2 different ones) were clean and compfy. Shuttle service to Midway Airport was timely The shuttle wasn't running last 1pm on 2/13 so I had to take a cab. Josie, part time bartender had her hands full w upcoming Vtines day dining room, but she was very attentive n pleasant. Can't say the same about the older, more...

"Clean rooms, accommodating and wonderful staff. I would stay again. There are two concerns- 1. Small bugs almost invisible to the eye. An exterminator once in a while would help. 2. I would not waste my money on the breakfast. Stale bread and pastries, and a lack of variety in a city that boast of the best food in the U.S. is a disappointment. The best part of the breakfast is the free range shambled eggs."
