"Helpful friendly staff, nice and clean, the only thing wrong with our room was not being able to block out the light coming into our room at night as only had a sheer curtain. We both had trouble sleeping. You also need to know the bar fridge is empty, so you need to take your own drinks, e.g. water or cool drinks."

"Nice building. Rooms were spacious but had many defects. Wifi was unreliable, TV didn’t work and lamp kept flickering. When we asked about the TV at reception was told the TVs are not that smart or good. Pretty average response for the price you pay. Could not connect the TV to wifi and could only get channel 10!! Expect more than this. Good location."

"Very cheap onsite (reserved) parking. Lovely pool and spa. The sauna didn't sauna much. Also someone had stolen many of the hot rocks. Carpet in the room was dirty. Hot tub in the room was nice. Heater in the room was broken. Internet didn't quite reach to our room so the smart TV wasn't very. Pets were allowed in the 4 adjacent rooms but apparently not in ours. Seems silly to waste the courtyard. We had hoped to do a weekend with the dog but couldn't get a pet friend room with a tub. Just FYI...

"The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the tv remote did not turn on the tv. so i rang down and a staff member came and helped me out by switching the tv on behind the tv. he was most apologetic they did not have the right batteries.
Meal was lovely and staff were great and most helpful."
