"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

13. Taj Lands End

Tây Bandra

"Having stayed at several Taj properties in India and Dubai, Taj has always been our preferred hotel brand. Unfortunately, Taj Lands End didn’t quite meet the standards we’ve come to expect. Check-in was disappointing, with confusion over room allocations and repeated requests to resolve matters. The rooms were comfortable but looked tired, and we weren’t informed about ongoing renovations. The hotel has excellent amenities, including the lovely convenience of being able to purchase fresh...
