"The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were very helpful. This hotel is a great alternative to staying in the centre of Bhuj with its hustle and bustle. It is conveniently located next to the train station, but you don’t hear any noise thanks to the double glazing. At the moment there are building works (a new road) outside, which may be off putting but if you’re out all day or spending only a night then it’s not an inconvenience. "

"I'd never been to Goa and didn't really know what I was doing and got incredibly lucky to choose the Sere Resort. My villa was spacious and fabulous. Beautiful design and amenities, clean, and with my own private little pool. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Like i said, i didn't know what i was doing, and feel incredibly lucky to have hit a home run on my first try here in Goa. I plan on coming back and will definitely stay here again. "

"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. My room was always kept in pristine condition, and I deeply appreciated the care put into maintaining it each day. Sobha, who looked after my room, was exceptional. "We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."
