"Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff"

"We stayed with our extended family overnight at your hotel . I normally stay in more expensive hotels so, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the beds were in your hotel . The breakfast far surpassed other hotels I have been to. My grandchildren raved about the breakfast ! I found the breakfast and our stay Exceptional!"

Us personally, the pillows didn't work out too well, but they may be fine for others, so not really a gripe against the hotel because I feel that's a personal preference kind of thing . The morning breakfast was fantastic. A great variety of food to eat, which was nice. Very clean and orderly. No real complaints."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Pierre Trudeau Airport area is very confusing if you are not familiar with it. Lots of one way streets and the hotel is situated between overpasses, which makes getting to it rather difficult. There is nothing within walking distance with the exception of 2 other hotels. However the hotel dining room is excellent in terms of food and service. The wine is way over priced."

"Room 121 on first floor- impossible to sleep because of permanent loud noise. We found a huge air conditioner system was located right from external side of the wall of our room. We didn't realize during day time that there is a noise, but during the night it was extremelly loud and I haven't sleep the whole night because of that. Dirty floor inside the room - socks turned dirty just after few steps. I have never seen such dirty floor in hotel room in my life. We were travelling with a 8 years...
