"Beautiful hotel however we weren’t aware the pool and outside bar was going to be closed for an event. That was one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel. We wanted to do dinner as well but it was beyond packed. Overall beautiful hotel. "

"The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. "

"The staff were extremely friendly! Upon arriving I realized that I did not add our children and we ended up in a room that was too small. The staff immediately switched us to another room and accommodated our needs! We are extremely satisfied with the staff. We will definitely return!"

"I won’t leave a super long and detailed review, but it was one of the best stays that we’ve had in a hotel in my entire life to be honest. The staff is all really young and with that USUALLY comes inexperience, but this staff went far beyond expectations and would be something you would see at a Four Seasons. "Great location to restaurants, walking distance to Lido Isle. Lots of parking, wifi worked well, beds comfortable & would stay here again. Pool area small but was great for our needs & was quiet in early March. Free breakfast pretty good!"

"This hotel was so adorable. Beautifully antique. Our room was cozy and the fireplace was warm and inviting. Our view of the ocean from our room was beautiful, and even better from the roof lounge area. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the chia pudding! What a unique and wonderful experience! "

"Very nice property. Just too many steps. I didn’t realize there was no elevator, plus in room steps to get to the bathroom. Hotel should have better cautions on web page noting no elevator. Otherwise no other complaints, can get any closer to beach. Lots food n bars close by. "

"Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Dirty, unmaintained stairs, elevator. Shower/bath: mold in corners poorly covered by caulking. Allowed a loud party in one of the upstairs rooms to go on until 11:30. Called front desk to report, no one would answer. Only thing average or above was the ground's landscaping. Would not stay here again."

"We got this because we thought there was a view of the beach but there isn’t. The room was clean but we did end up googling a bug that we found on our bed. We were on the 2nd floor and there were spots of the floor that seemed a little too squishy. However, we felt safe and it was a decent enough place to call home for a single night. "
