"The room we were allocated was quite a treck upstairs, downstairs and along corridors, no lift to this area. The room was ok but dated and a bit dirty on the bed base and carpet. A window catch was broken and a whole pelmet fell down on me. I was lucky it just missed my head but it did hurt my hand at the time. A member of staff filled in an accident form but I never received an apology from Management.

"Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season.
Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance).
Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options.
