"The updates in the property were noticeably. Staff was vey friendly. Appreciated the new and comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Appliances in the room were working and new. Loved the fitness room and appreciated a working ice machine."

John the desk clerk was extremely nice to us and stated that when we came in “the universe spoke to him” and gave us a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite on floor 2. It was huge and very unexpected. Thank you John for your kindness."
