"Clean rooms, helpful staff"

"we loved the beds and they were so very comfortable. The staff was amazing except for letting us know that breakfast ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM during the week so we missed the first breakfast but made it the other days."

"The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers! This only happens through the efforts of local management. Recruiting and training the right people and maintaining a supportive environment, but also one that demands great customer care. “Someone is doing things right.” Thanks we’ll be back."

The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there."

"We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours."

"The room was dirty. Comforter had stains as did the pillows. There was a weird smell and even the main door had a large gap on the side of it. Not planning to stay here ever again. Already booked my next 3 weeks of travel elsewhere! It’s cheap but not worth it."
