"Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. "The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...
