"I loved staying at Tru by Hilton Madison West. I could not have asked for a better experience. My room was clean and quiet. It was a refuge from time on the road. I was traveling with my dog and he was warmly welcomed. I hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great experience and shout out to Michelle at the front desk for being awesome!"

"The room's were nice but we were there for 4 days and housekeeping did not come to our room once we had to call for clean towels and we were told there was no housekeeping sit so we would have to come get our own towels."
