"There was food on the floor, the garage cans were extremely dirty and when I asked them to clean and return they put a clean bag in the can and return it still dirty with slimmy stuff in it, the eggs look like something in my granddaughter easy bake oven,,I asked for fresh towels the next day and they gave me stained towels, it was extremely terrible and I will never return there nor will I recommend anyone there this quality Inn needs to be seriously invested. "The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. "

"This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid."

"The only thing cleanliness I have to complain about is the shower still had soap scum on the base of the shower floor when I stepped in it. I could feel how slick the floor was from. Where either soap scum was left or cleaning agent was left on the floor of the shower. Also, the maintenance man needs to go around, fixing a lot of cracks and caulking that are peeling"

"We needed one night as we were passing through, and this hotel worked for that, though I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The lobby area was half nice. Restaurant and bar were non operational. The hallways were gross. The elevator was even more gross. Our room was newly renovated and was comfortable. The walls are thin, and there was a couple dispute somewhere near our room that sounded like they were next door. It's convenient to the highway."

"We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...
