"Excellent all around!"

"Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Musty room, mold on the room hvac fan, wobbly toilet."

"Night staff was very condescending when we asked for them to switch our room as the air conditioning was not working up to par. Insinuated as if us turning the air down to 60 when the room was 80 degrees was our fault. Once they moved our room to the one right next door the thermostat sat at 66 and the cooling was excellent. Obviously there was an issue with the air in the first room when the lobby is cooler than the room. Also if you don’t like a citrus smelling body wash take your own. ...

"No breakfast or shampoo. Only a bar of soap. The TV was low end with few channels. The room was a nice size."

"I love how big the rooms are! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. My kids loved the fact that there were strawberry waffles with whip cream and sprinkles!"

When we got there there was a family with 3-5 kids sitting outside the main entrance in camping chairs who were always out there (adults were still there past 11pm), almost as if they lived out of this hotel or the shady motel nearby. The elevator rugs were filthy like the other reviews mentioned, and they just bolted another dirty rug on top. The room itself was clean, ac worked well, but the tub had some weird staining on the floor, enough that I chose...

"I chose Golden Inn because of all the excellent reviews and they were accurate. Nothing fancy, just a very clean, well maintained, old school motor inn. A very quiet and peaceful night. Super friendly and helpful owner. I believe the owner is the staff."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel was not very clean, and it seemed like the property has been neglected for quite some time. Several things in the room were worn out or falling apart, which made it feel run down. The pool was also noticeably low on water and didn't appear to be well maintained. Overall, the hotel just felt dirty and in need of significant upkeep. I hope the management invests in cleaning and maintenance because it has the potential to be a much nicer place."

"The room was super clean and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool to wind down. I wish people that brought their dogs picked up after them. The grassy areas were covered in dog poop."

"The breakfast was fresh and good. Biscuits and gravy, fried eggs, diced fried potatoes, sausage and breads to toast etc. Fresh fruit and yogurts etc. The waffle maker was out of order but there were plenty of options. We did not have time to check out the pool or anything."
