"There was a lot of bugs and front desk person always call out and you’ll have to contact their sister site for anything. Called for bugs in our room said they’ll have security to come take it out never did. No parking front desk laugh and made us park in the fire lane and got us a ticket and they said it’s not their fault. They need better staff with correct information. Talking to the manager is no help."

"The property was well maintained Our room was clean and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable ,towels coffee , kitchen utensils refrigerator was large we were very happy with our stay. The pools and grounds were beautiful the management was very good at making our needs were met. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in a resort to go there"

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

"This was our first visit to any of the islands and we didn’t want to leave. This place is perfect! Everything you want and close to everything in west Maui. You can walk out your door and watch the sea turtles come on shore and lay in the sun or watch them swimming. The outdoor of the property is perfectly manicured with flowers. It also has a nice pool and it’s so quiet with beautiful sunsets. A lot of people snorkelled from there since the coral reef is right there. "

"The large condo units are all oceanfront with floor to ceiling windows looking out towards the islands of Molokai & Lanai. The unit we were in had a comfortable couch & two swivel rockers in the living area that made it nice to look out the windows during daylight or turn to watch tv at night. The king-sized bed was very comfortable & the linens adequate. The bathroom shower was decent with good water pressure. The swimming pool, hot tub & barbecue area are really nice. Because of the ocean air...

"Bullet points for unit Bay 14B2. VERY soft bed. Great view. Good selection of utensils and condiments but no suger beyond two hotel like coffee packets with sugar pack, stirrer, etc. Three packets of coffee, which was really good. Coffee maker uses basket style filters, which I always want to know because I bring my own coffee. Remote control temp devices took a while to figure out (and never really got it). Got a great price so a very good value. I would definitely stay in this unit...
