"Great Hotel, but Disappointing Valet Experience
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Aloft. The hotel was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with how a parking issue was handled.
I drive a manual transmission vehicle, and the valet attendant was unable to drive it. While I understand that valet services are provided by a third party, I believe the hotel should still advocate for its guests when those services cannot accommodate them.

"Staff is friendly, breakfast was good and the hotel serves its purpose. The hotel is a bit dated, but they do a good job at maintaining. Carpet in the hallways is worn, elevators are musty and the room has a faint cigarette smell, but the rooms are clean. The hotel is in a warehouse district, off of the freeway, which allows for easy access. For the price, it works."
