Khách sạn West Meadows , Kirkwood

"The room was clean but very small. There was nothing open in the Kirkwood area, no ice available. We thought we would be staying in the main building. Overall, it was a good place to sleep."

"Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "

"Clean and roomy, but slightly dated. Great location and staff members were helpful and courteous!"

"I liked the lake shore proximity/views, the room was clean. Certain things in bathroom very outdated, such toilets, noisy plumbing while in use, outside hallway's carpets look so bad. Price to high for appearance!"

"I stayed for one night for a hiking trip. The shower was clean and worked well and the bed was comfortable with great pillows; two things that mattered the most after hiking all day. Super convenient location and right on the river. There were coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker but I didn't ask about that and got coffee on my way out of town."

"I think this deserves a 3.5 overall. There were some great things and some okay. The positives: The location is great. A mile to Heavenly Village, close to restaurants, etc. It was easy to drive anywhere. The valet workers were great! If you aren't a HVC owner then you have to pay $30/night for valet parking. I knew this upfront. They have a simple system to text 15 minutes before you need your car and it was always ready for me within that 15 minutes. The workers worked hard and were always...

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. You have to define what you're looking for a rustic lodge or a hotel. The room was very convenient and had a great fireplace. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress has seen better days. Also not to have anything but instant coffee and a tea kettle was not great. The grounds were very inviting and is a great location during ski season."

"I appreciate the check-in, friendly staff, and the valet service is just THE BEST!!!! The place is absolutely quiet, clean, peaceful, safe, and so close yet far enough away for me to avoid the hustle and bustle. I also appreciate the Patio area and the kitchenette. I have already booked a return visit in October to get there before the snowfall. I am so glad that I found this jewel. The room was very comfortable and very roomy."

"Big and clean room. Check in with staff was great. Will definitely be back."

"Unfortunately, my stay at Travel Inn was a very disappointing experience. The room did not have AC. There were two fans instead, and one of them had to be placed near the open window to bring air into the room. Even with both fans running, the room was still very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep. The Wi-Fi was also extremely slow and basically not usable. When I went to the front desk to talk about these issues, the owner was very rude to me, which made the situation even worse. I ended up...

"The room was spic N span! The staff was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Due to no air conditioning & opening the window, the ceiling fan was just not enough for cooling. I would recommend making the wall unit a duel combo making it AC & Heat. Besides excellent lodging accommodations, the recommendations for restaurants were excellent - the Stonefly offers the best fine dining. For drinks and simple meals, the Cutthroat Restaurant offers very good food items. We experienced a...

"Everything about it was nice."

"It's good for a quick night stay. Clean and neat. But no contact with staff. No good amenities. Couldn't get even a tooth paste. They just give you shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No moisturizer too."

"Clean! Cute! Spacious even for 2 people. Came with first aid kit, flashlights, instructions on how to use the dumpster to keep bears at bay. Easy to find, staff was helpful! Will def book again! **S/N: underneath the bed were a ton of spider webs under the bed, but other than that. Perfect & would book again."
