"This is a nice place to stay within walking distance of the harbor and restaurants. There was construction going on with jackhammers starting at 8:00am on this property and the one next to it. We went down to use the hot tub and there was a notice that said the jets were not working. We decided to try to sit in the hot tub anyway, and it was not being heated. We went to the front desk to let them know, and they seemed very surprised. When the maintenance person let us know, it was finally...

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"Spa fee for small pool jacuzzi, small gym we did not use. Had I known there was mandatory valet parking I no way would have booked here. Not only can I not access my car when I forgot something, I had to spend an extra 40$ in valet tips."

"Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...
