"Room was clesn and comfortable. Charged for snack and drinks available in the room Charged resorts fee, but had to pay for snack and drinks. Credit gor food and drinks was not given. Specifics in using it. Had to pay for parking. "

When I went to the front desk they blamed AI. Not my problem! Service your guests! And you can’t get anyone on the phone for nothing. Was on hold for 45 minutes after submitting the same request 4x. Very irritating… I would not recommend anyone to stay here! "

Additionally, the curtains appeared to have visible mold, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt damp and unsanitary. The rug was in poor condition and appeared dirty, and there was also broken furniture present in the room. Due to these conditions—especially the poor air quality...
