The customer service from Charles who said he was the General Manager was terrible. Ashton, another person who worked at front desk was also lacking. The room was full of insects, the bathroom amenities had serious plumbing defects. The kitchen had a stove and fridge but you had to source pots, plates, utensils (which makes absolutely no sense for anyone traveling outside of West Palm Beach), I was an international traveler.No iron nor iron board provided.
My booking started on March 13, 2026. I got to the hotel a little after 8PM, front desk was locked at 7PM. I called the number on the door as directed and the man who answered said he couldn't help, I had to return for check-in 11 AM on March 14, 2026. That instruction wasn't given when I made the booking. Conveniently when I pointed it out to the General Manager, the information changed on Expedia to say check-in ends at 7PM.
Imagine being left stranded as an international traveller because the hotel you booked didn't leave clear instructions on their check -in policy. Thank God, I had alternative options for the night.
When I checked in on March 14, 2026, I was told I was a no show, not true! So, my original reservation was cancelled and my 10days stay, changed to 7 days.....I stayed until the Monday, when I was told by Charles to check out because they didn't have a room to replace the defective one I was placed in...I was only refunded 3days. This Hotel not recommended, it is not suitable for guests. Zero Star!
