"This hotel is very close to airport & the shuttle runs every 20min. Everyone was helpful. You can leave your luggage at hotel if you arrive too early for check in or have a late flight out. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Just a quick note: if you book through a 3rd party (ie. Expedia) make sure you pull up the receipt yourself to receive all your perks.
I would definitely purchase the breakfast when booking as it is cheaper than at the counter of restaurant. They also offer shuttle service...

"I needed extra time to stay and they assisted me with no problems. Also, I had 8 hours to spare before my flight and the manager arranged a free Lyft ride to the mall. I traveled as a single dad with a 15 month old baby and a 14 year old child. Everyone was very accommodating. By the way, when I arrived last night, the help the restaurant open do my family could order food! What an awesome staff!"

"Love this hotel. Steven a bell hop was extremely friendly helpful and warm welcoming. After waiting a hour for uber at the cruise line pick up in the hot humidity, then struggled to get bag out of uber up to side walk it was refreshing to see Steven run from the front desk to the down the hall to grab our bags. The staff in general were really nice and resourceful. Definitely making this our permanent destination hotel!!!!"

"This hotel generally provides the consistency in room quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express locations. The bed was comfortable with several pillows, and I was able to turn the temperature down as low as I wanted. "My wife got bitten by bedbugs and management did not care at all to follow up on the situation. Hotel move us to another room and quarantine. No one cared about us until I complained to corporate office.
Until today we have not been refunded all the money expended in the walking clinic, medication and we had to throw away all the clothes.
If this the way the hotel treat a long time Honors member just imagine a non member."
