"No bar soap in room. Beds made short sheeted & had king size on queen beds so sides too long & trip hazard in middle of night. No overhead lighting inside door & over full length mirror. Mildewed tub edging. Market great convenience but bananas were rotten & had no fresh when asked, 3 days in a row. Great location with park directly across the street. Text requests available for valet service in advance. Key card required inside elevators terrific security feature. Bar shut down early because...

"The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I wasn't even scared of the carpet. Every surface area of the room and inch of the bathroom was spotless and new. Great water pressure and temperature. Furniture was so lovely and it was like staying in a west elm themed spa resort. I would always come back here if I'm in town. Great bistro. Kind of pricey but you get good food and drinks. The breakfast is served as a $15 add on. The garage next door isn't in a connected building but is so close. There's...

We also had to request a refrigerator and a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which I felt should have been provided.
The highlight of our stay was the hotel’s restaurant, especially Nikki,...
