"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. "Rooms I have stayed at the Menger Hotel twice now. The first time I was in the queen-size room, it was decently spacious. I was not a big fan of stepping up to use the bathroom, but it was also not a big deal for me. Also, the outlets on the nightstand lamps were very loose. The second time I stayed here, I had the petite room. The room is very small, and the double-size bed is not suitable for two people. "We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
