"Pictures beautiful!! Reality Horrible conditions deplorable!! The White Towels were so dirty looked gray!! Ice machine was so nasty!! They charged a deposit they didn't tell you about in advance!! "

"We stayed one night after traveling 14 hours when we just wanted a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning, no one mentioned that they had no not water we found out in the morning when my daughter was screaming because the water was freezing. I called to let them know they said they were aware of the issue and they were working on it. We spoke to a couple other guests and they told us they hadn’t had hot water for two days. There was also no ice in any of the ice makers , when we discussed it with the ladies at the front desk they seemed unconcerned with the hot way situation and told us we could get ice at the restaurant. Overall was very disappointed. I could not even shower because I can not handle freezing water. "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 2/25/26-2/28/26 for the proximity to the Air Force graduation ceremony for my brother-in-law. The hotel and our room were clean, welcoming and comfortable, with a very nice full breakfast every morning in the lobby. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a great experience with a very convenient location to many areas we explored. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Pool was out of season but it was very clean and inviting. The staff were sort of detached, not bad but not welcoming. The breakfast was okay, clean and available, but the selection was limited compared to what we are used to at Marriot hotels. "

"Small hotel, breakfast ends at 9:30am, it would've been nice if it could have ended at 10am. Floors near elevator were dirty, there was a eaten chicken wing in the floor of the elevator all night. Pool was green not clear. Parking was good, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice. Good place for the price I paid. "

"Parking was very easy. Hotel was very clean. Not too far from Lackland AFB. My only complaint was at night the lights from Wendy's (which was directly across from my hotel room) are SO bright they shined into my room. Not a big deal if you have a sleeping mask or don't mind some light in the room, but for me I prefer a pitch black room. Would recommend to friends and family. "
