"Nice location next to Union Station. The property is a good value for the size and comfort of the room. I will stay here on all future Chicago visits. The rooms tend to be noisy because brick lets sound through pretty easily."

"The pool was clean but very cold. The room was old and dirty for $450 a night. Which is already insane for a holiday inn. Our bed had pen marks all over it, the carpet was extremely frayed. We were placed right next to a loud elevator where you could hear everything. The “manager” called the day before to ask for payment before we even checked in. In my entire life I’ve never been asked to do that. Extremely tacky and rude to threaten to cancel someone’s reservation if they don’t pay. I was...

"This property was ok bit nothing fancy that is for sure for what we paid we have had alot better..the breakfast was one of the worst couldn't eat the waffles they were hard when we were there the pool was closed down for maintenance would I stay here again NO there is much better for the money"
