"The place was nice with good sized room and huge bed but didn’t like we had to pay£15 parking on top and podpoint charger said was charging but then hadn’t on return. I realise charger is not strictly Ibis fault but still annoying. Would generally recommend though probably stay in our previous place that had free parking."

"about a 15 minute walk from the terminal. bus gatwick hopper leaves every 15 minutes or so but goes all over so takes about 30 minutes. Great breakfast. Comfy bed with beautiful white sheets and covers after a long plane trip."

"The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great, as well as the jacuzzi. The steam rooms and saunas were just like regular warm rooms but not hot enough I’m afraid, they were also too small and a bit of a let down so didn’t use them. The beds at the hotel rooms were squeaky, you can find much better quality bed at a Premier inn or Travelodge. For such an expensive place you also had poor wiring hanging from the TV and it didn’t feel as “premium” for the price you’re paying."

"Well maintained and in a great location. Staff were really friendly and provided good local knowledge to enhance our stay. The breakfast was first class and available until late morning. Staff offered to hold luggage on our last day at no additional cost which was a nice touch. Has a beer garden which is lit up at night and a good selection of beers/cider and wine etc. Would definitely visit again!"
