"This was a great place: spotless room, possibly the largest quadruple room we've ever stayed in. The bathroom was lovely, the room was modern and comfortable. The staff were very nice, the breakfast ample. Once upon a time, this house must have had a lovely view across the valley, it is becoming industrialised around it, but it's still quiet and peaceful. Do not check in before 5. They really aren't open. If the restaurant isn't open then there are some nice restaurants in Hausach. "

"This is a superb place to stay, especially with a dog. I traveled with a well-behaved 20 lb terrier, and the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful in the shower, and most of all, the grounds and proximity to hiking trails made it worthwhile. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was outstanding. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Just one suggestion, my bathroom was a little cramped and I was really missing a full-length mirror somewhere in the room. A very...
