"The outside was not impressive. Looked old & plain. The inside of the room was old (it used an actual key & there wasn't a USB plug to be found) but it was clean & looked properly maintained. "The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner put out cool air but it also put humidity into the room so my clothes - including the clothes in the suitcase - were damp, also the sheets, towels, and toilet paper were damp. Carpet was dirty. Phone had no dial tone. Blackout curtains were torn and dirty. TV stations were mostly sports and FOX. No housekeeping so I had to go get fresh towels. "This super 8 was the cleanest I've ever seen. They allowed us to check in a half hour early. Which was awesome because I needed to finish getting ready for a wedding I was attending. When we first walked in you could smell the fresh clean scent! It was wonderful. Our friend lives in Fairmont so we will be back! thank you!"

"We stayed here for one night. This motel was very lovely. Clean, newly remodeled, plush towels, fresh linens, and a larger mini fridge! The ladies working were super kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Quite charming river view in quiet location. This is an older property but adequately and simply refurbished. Toiletries are minimal but serviceable and minifridge and microwave in good working order. For a single traveller who wants to save money, this motel is a good choice."
