"My room was cold. 15C, 61F and the staff only offered me a blanket!!"

"Personale all’arrivo molto accogliente a differenza di quello del check out che non ha voluto ammettere sbaglio della propria chat/whatsup! State attenti!! Verificate sempre perché spesso sono messaggi ingannevoli"

Staff was helpful and very accommodating during check in and checkout. We never had a chance to eat our breakfast because we need to be at the airport 3hrs prior and it was an early flight. The bar was superb, cozy ambiance and we have met a great man who took our orders, he’s an intern there …David is amazing person , he’s a from Philippines. Kudos to the admin and staffs, my only suggestion please provide more...

"Room was very clean. Bed was a little lumpy but I was only there overnight. It was a great price and location. Staff is excellent!"
