"Courteous staff, clean updated rooms. We just slept there so I wish the beds were more comfortable but the air works too good, my husband loved that! Panda was open late so that was nice also, and the halls were quiet-just wish the beds was more comfy."

"Excellent service from the time I booked the room to check in and checkout. Love the gift shop! Pools and grounds are kept very tidy. Family game room was busy and I saw a couple who had played miniature golf. Very clean room with all the amenities of home to cook with. Truly an enjoyable stay!"

"Room was not cleaned and asked for room to be cleaned next day and service was never done. The night stands were dusty and floor was dirty. Shower did not drain completely"

"The room wasn’t as clean as it should of been, there was poop smears on my toilet seat that came off with a simple wipe down so not sure how that was missed… The staff was amazing and made up for the poor conditions of the property and lack of cleanliness. "

"Beds are very low and mattress is in poor condition you could feel the springs. Pictures on website do not look like rooms. Our bathroom was in poor condition paint missing etc. "

"At arrival the front desk could use some lessons on how to make guest feel welcomed. Other than that it was pleasant. For it being fairly new the upkeep looks a bit on the down side. "

"The room was perfect the details said there was a mini fridge not true and bathrrom still had last guests hair on the sink but staff was awesome and helpful housekeeping was very awesome and other then that perfect "

"Quaint interesting place in a tiny historic town. Young woman who checked us in was very pleasant. Room was clean, bathroom updated with good shower and nice towels, but had a musty odor, and air conditioner was noisy. . Unfortunately the cafe hours are limited, but we were informed of this when reservation was confirmed. Arrived after they closed at 5 pm and left before 8 am when they opened. Complimentary chips, fruit snacks and water in the room was a nice touch."

"The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...
