"We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. "The hotel is great and very well located in the center of Vaasa. We booked a family room and it surprised us in a positive way. It was better than in the pictures and had two separate rooms as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay way more comfortable.
