"The bed was super comfortable. The room had a decent sized fridge with a real freezer, not one of those little freezer compartments. The staff was very friendly. This is an older motel but it's clean and comfortable - definitely the best place to stay in Great Bend for this price point."

Although there are no coffee makers in the room, there is hot coffee available in the office lobby along with packaged danish. THERE ARE NO USB OUTLETS so you will need your own cubes. "Room was big, but not in the greatest shape. Room was extremely warm at 11pm when we got in. AC struggled to cool it down at all before we left. TV didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. I booked the room through the Expedia, which required the front desk clerk to make a couple phone calls to get figured out, making check in take a half hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone traveling with children. Definitely sketchy."

"Overall, the stay was good for the price. Check-in took a little longer since there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I called the number they said to call, no one answered on the first try, on the second try, they came. Not a huge deal, but after a long drive with young kids, it wasn't ideal. Other than that, though, the stay was fine! Breakfast was good, too."
